Elite Thai Boxing & Fitness is a social enterprise established in 2015 to empower at-risk and underprivileged youths through Thai-boxing. We focus their all-rounded development and discipline by providing them Thai-boxing training, job opportunities and life-development program. In recent years. we also help people with mental illnesses and depressed patients to discover their mind-body connections through Thai-boxing and thus improve their both physical and mental health in Box Off Depression 1.0 & 2.0 Projects.
