About us A FAMILY BUSINESS WITH TRADITION After successfully completing a master's examination (specializing in heating, ventilation and sanitary engineering) in 1983, Thomas Boy continued to work for the Academy of Sciences in Adlershof. On October 1st, 1988 he founded his installation company in Schulzendorf. Initially alone, later with employees, a steadily growing group of customers was served. His son, Stefan Boy, completed an apprenticeship as a central heating and ventilation engineer in a small company in Wildau. Since the successfully completed journeyman's examination in 2001, he has been working in the family business. In 2009, Stefan passed the master's examination as the best in the plumbing and heating installation trade. In January 2010 Thomas and Stefan founded their GbR - father and son still on the road to success!
