The practice of karate is often hard, not very rewarding. Progress is slow and there are many pitfalls. It is then only worthwhile if the practitioner is happy on the tatami mat. It is perhaps the contribution of the West to an ancient oriental practice. The Paris dojo tries to live up to this rule. He wants his website to contain “technical” elements, but above all to be a place of conviviality and friendship. It is a dojo among the few dozen of the national association “France Shotokan” in the tradition of Me Ohshima karate, which are scattered throughout France.
