About company
As a primary school, our task is to provide the children with the best possible support in their first six years of school in the development and development of their diverse personalities. In the first years of school, it is particularly important to develop skills that promote systematic learning and enable the acquisition of basic knowledge, skills and abilities. This is an immense responsibility towards families and towards society. With great respect, a lot of know-how, innovation and a lot of heart, we want to do justice to this task and create and maintain the best possible, creative and inspiring learning environment in our school. To do this, we constantly question the quality of our work, educate ourselves and work on concepts and ideas that our school is constantly developing. The cooperation of everyone involved in school life is very important to us. Therefore, many of the concepts that you will find here on this page have been developed together with schoolchildren, parents and our employees. The school's internal curriculum (SchiC) is intended to enable the pupils of the Fanny Hensel elementary school to develop the best possible skills. Our teachers, but also our educators, have the task of bringing the requirements that the Berlin framework curriculum formulates in the form of binding standard standards into line with the specific school conditions and of cooperating on an interdisciplinary basis within the annual conferences and in their departments. When developing and developing the SchiC, the teaching staff takes into account the school environment, the inclinations and interests as well as the learning requirements of the students. At the same time, we keep an eye on the school profile, the offers of our cooperation partners and the all-day concept. At SchiC, we define specialist, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary development priorities as well as profile-building measures and agree on transparent, comparable and verifiable assessment standards.
