It will help you reach the mindset needed to follow through and reach your goals, take lead in your life. It can include the following: One complimentary initial consultation. – This is a sit down to assist your needs and decide the program suited. Nutrition workshops – how to eat healthy! Personal yoga sessions tailored to your specific needs. Supermarket tours, how to find the foods that won’t ruin your new healthy lifestyle, affordable healthy eating. Body composition analysis and measurements with follow ups. Resistance training based on your needs. Cardio program that includes Interval training and steady state cardio. Coaching sessions – this is to assure all assumptions are put aside and we work towards what would make YOU happy. Weekly calls and support. Unlimited classes access card at Aura Wellness Center during the program period. You can choose to do this all for yourself in our One on One package, or share it with your best friend in our Partner Program, or share this with your healthy lifestyle girlfriends with our group Personalized program (up to 4 participants).
