A deposit is always due and depends on the effort and time of the work. This must be paid when making an appointment and will be offset against the last session. If you are unable to keep an existing appointment, you are obliged to cancel it at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded or offset. In most cases, the tattoo artist will create an individual design, should you then cancel your appointment completely, the deposit will not be refunded. Basically: details must always be clarified with the respective artist beforehand. Inquiries about sketches or drawings cannot and will not be answered by e-mail. Your tattoo artist will be available to you for an initial consultation. If you already have ideas or your own templates, you are welcome to e-mail them in advance or bring them with you for advice. Specific price inquiries for tattoos cannot and will not be answered by email. You can find out what your tattoo is likely to cost from your tattoo artist during a consultation in the tattoo studio. We try to process your written appointment requests as quickly as possible. In order to ensure smooth contact, we need a callback number stating when you can best be reached during the day and which tattoo artist you would like to work with.
