Options Studio

The concept of Options Studio was developed over the past decade as the brainchild of Ole Eugenio. Since becoming qualified as a Pilates instructor years ago, Ole had been developing the concept of a Pilates and Movement Studio based on the principles of quality and innovation where all the instructors strive to be the best that they can be with the support of constant training and quality control. The name Options Studio was chosen because we offer a wide variety of exercise and rehabilitation methods depending of the preference and needs of each individual client. New techniques are regularly integrated into client workouts so everybody benefits from scientific advances in the understanding of movement and rehabilitation.
