inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base Meet daily goals
for outbound sales calls to follow-up customer requests and FSR Leads o
Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers o Develop new
points of contact and potential account identified from marcom activities &
campaigns, FSR leads and CCC/other leads o Develop cross-selling and upselling
opportunities React quickly to on-demand requests from customers o Analyze,
qualify and proactively progress opportunities in bFO Quote and close deals for
standard Services offers (spare parts, renewal contracts) o Maintain the
Installed Base data for customers o Document all records of customer
